The 2001 Easter Seals Ride-In will send 95 kids to Camp Sno-Mo this summer! The Sno-Buds will be sending 27 of those 95. Thanks for all the help!!! The Sno-Buds had 49 people in attendance at the Ride-In. We had 12 rooms at the Royalty Inn and 3 rooms at The Town & Country. Total club mileage on snowmobile rides for the weekend: 4800 miles. The 'Bud's raised $27,411 and the Ride-In raised $95,712 I know I had a great time and I think most people did. This year was once again a success. My hat is off to the Ride-In committee and to Easter Seals for a fine job. I do take issue with one Easter Seals employee as I still have not been able to get her on a sled!! Addendum: The employee mentioned in the last paragraph has left Easter Seals. Evidently the though of going out in the cold to snowmobile was too much for her! |
