The Annual Easter Seals Ride-In is a LARGE gathering of Snowmobiler's. Imagine maybe 600-100 sleds, the drivers and riders, local dealers, and local restaurants / chains getting together in one town to promote the sport of snowmobiling and donate money to Camp Sno-Mo. There is factory support in donations of food, T-shirts, and donations. There are new Snowmobiles on display and some can even be test driven. It is a great chance for snowmobiler's to meet up with old friends and to make new ones. Usually the following events occur at a Ride-In:

  • Registration
  • Opening Ceremonies
  • Spaghetti Dinner (usually minimal charge or free)
  • Comedy Night
  • Breakfast Buffet (usually minimal charge or free)>
  • Antique Snowmobile Display / Parade
  • Poker Rides
  • Radar Runs
  • Penny Sale / Auction
  • Torch Light Parade
  • Fireworks or Bon Fire
  • Buffet Dinner
  • Casino Night or Dance
  • Grande Parade
  • Awards, Donations, and Closing Ceremony

Many people come to the ride-in and partake in few events, but use the time to ride! The local clubs and the state work wonders on keeping the trails groomed.

A large side benefit from this is the Statewide Trail system that we have in New Hampshire. Since this is a 'Ride-In' and prizes are given to the youngest, oldest, furthest traveling, and most participating clubs, there has been lots of trail work to ride our snowmobiles to the Ride-Ins. This work has included getting each club to meet minimum trail standards such as width, bridges, and signage and then to link up its trails with other clubs to form a state wide trail system.
