Offers Greg a Vacation from the Routine
The money raised at the annual ride-in helps
support the Easter Seals summer camp, Camp Snowmo. Below
is a picture of the main building at the camp in Gilmanton
Iron Works. This camp is shared with the Boy Scouts
of America.

There is an annual cookout each summer to
show appreciation for the work and money donated by / through
New Hampshire Snowmobile Association. The following
banner was made by the children attending camp.

The Ride-In:

Handing over the money at the Ride-In
We partake in the annual NHSA Ride
In for Easter Seals. This annual event occurs in the first
weekend of February and is attended by hundreds of snowmobiler's.
The Ride-In has been ongoing for 29 years and has provided
money to Easter Seals for use in their summer camp program.
In fact, we have contributed enough that the camp is named
Camp Sno-Mo. Our club raises funds by recycling cans, having
a flea market, and asking local merchants for donations.
The handicapped children that will attend
summer camp at Camp Sno-Mo are very appreciative of this help.
The families that will get a short break from the constant
care giving are very appreciative of this help.
This year the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association
(NHSA) reached over $1,430,000 in cumulative donations over
the 29 year history of the ride-in / fundraiser to benefit
Camp Sno-Mo, the Easter Seals summer camp. The Merrimack Sno-buds
have raised about $120,000 of that amount. This is the sixth
year in a row that we rank number one in the state. We are
very appreciative of the continued support of our merchants
and benefactors.
