New Registrations and Club membership

As I am sure, you have all heard that a new bill was passed in New Hampshire that increases the registration by $30 per sled.  There is an exemption, if you are a club member of a non-profit club which is a member of NHSA, you will not have to pay this extra $30 per sled.

There are now 'standard' membership cards that are issued by NHSA.  Upon registering your machine you must present one of these membership cards in order to save the $30 per machine. NHSA has provided preprinted cards for those that were NHSA members last year. The NHSA membership number is your permanent number and will go on your registration also.

Since some of you will want to register early, I will handle new memberships and membership renewals via mail.  You mail me the check and I will mail you the form.  Renewal is $25 and new membership is $30.  You will get credit for membership to the Sno-Buds for the next year.  For example if you send in your renewal in July of 2002, you will be a member of NHSA for  July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 and A member of the Sno-Buds for the November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003.

If you get a family membership that will allow you to register sleds for your immediate family.  

If you want to be a member of the Sno-Buds but belong to NHSA through another club, we will send you a regular member ship card.  You will get your NHSA membership card good for the registration exemption from the club where you get your NHSA membership.

Remember the rates are: $30 for new members, $25 for renewals, and $15 for membership in only the Sno-Buds.  The breakdown for where the Registration money goes is listed on the Pittsburg Ridge Runners site.

Send an email to clubinfo@snobuds.com which contains the following info.  I will return email with an address to send your check.  No check - no membership!
